1. Returns & Exchanges conditions

We certainly hope that you are satisfied with your purchases. However, for any reason, should you have a change of mind,  we accept returns on your purchased items within 14 calendar days of purchase date confirmation for a refund in store credits or an exchange subject to the following:

• Returned items must be in its original purchased condition – packaging must be unopened, tamper evident seals/shrink film must remain intact and not defaced in any manner; otherwise the item will not be accepted for refund or exchange. 
• All returns and exchanges requests must be accompanied with original sales invoice. 
• Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a whole set. 
• Purchases made with any vouchers, promotional discount or loyalty points will not be eligible for returns or exchange. 
• All delivery/shipping costs for returns or exchange shall be solely borne by you. 

2. How to trigger a return/exchange request

• Please contact us at enquiry@bbutterfly.net for any return and exchange request. Once we confirmed that your request meets out return / exchange conditions (above), you may then arrange to ship the item(s) back to the specified address in the confirmation email to you. 
• We suggest using a reliable shipping service that will provide a tracking number. In the event that the return items are lost during its shipment back to us, we cannot issue a refund. 

3. Processing of  Returns & Exchanges

• We will process your request within 14 business days after we received your returns and your membership account should reflect the store credits for the returns. 
• For exchange request, an invoice for the delivery/shipping fee will be sent to you at your email. Once you have made the payment, the item(s) you are exchanging for shall be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
